In our time, more than ever, it is important to get out into the great outdoors. What mother nature and physical activity has to offer is beyond what can be said in words. It is what keeps us healthy, what we were intended, and designed, to do. The body, mind and spirit needs outside living. Heading into beautiful wilderness for a few hours, a day, or a month can be precious, but it can become uncomfortable, frightening, and even deadly. The purpose if this program is to increase your comfort level and competence in travelling and living outdoors. That means having the right mind set, the right gear, and the level of knowledge and skills to travel safely, and how to handle adverse and even extreme conditions. AND, having loads of fun at the Blue Creek Camp doing it!
